Physicist by training, Ph.D. in Engineering mathematics. My main topic of interest is pattern formation. I have also worked in other topics such as Individual Based Models (using scale-free networks to describe the propagation of 2 strains of gonorrhoea) and other data-related problems. See the CV and papers for more details. I am always interested in new collaborations. If you have any interesting ideas please get in touch.

Codes

  1. The Swift-Hohenberg (SH35) model solved on a finite disk using PDE2PATH: A quick-start document can be accessed here and the repository here.
  2. Individual Based Model for the propagation of Gonorrhoea: The original version was developed by Adam Zienkiewicz. The first commit corresponds to the case of (M)en having (S)ex with (M)en. Repository here. Additionally, a version considering a heterosexual partnership network here
  3. HVG in R: My first attempt to write an R-package. The alogithm takes a time series as an input and creates the (H)orizontal (V)isibility (G)raph. Acess to the repository here
Should you encounter any problems with these codes, feel free to send me an email. I will do my best.
